Think again. They already do this with online submissions for accounts to virtually everything. A simple copy and paste will not work since the letters are scewed and sometimes overwritten with characters. If you could do it in 2-3 minutes there would be thousands doing it online already, which they don't. This is the secruity method most merchants use online to stop fake accounts from being created by bots.

You know... they could always make it so that monsters spawn in random locations (say group 'A' has four different spawn points), and the monsters will run away from single characters that attack or aggro them. (He's solo and out here! RUN!) heh heh...

OK, that last part was a joke... but what a riot it would be.

It'd work the first few times, then they would start teaming up with other bots.

It would be fun to watch though.

I didn't even know that area was farmable. I always thought there was too much degen and enchant stripping...

CAPTCHAs (the image you guys are talking about ) are VERY easy to defeat, most of the time. The only ones that are impossible to make an OCR for are those that are annoying as hell for normal players to make out.

Did you somehow expect the bots to go away when Anet bans a few thousand accounts?

so...they get some guy in india to over see their bot...thats sounds like it costs something. and this all seems like more work then its worth in the end. and if your account gets banned, well, was it really worth it?

The only enemys that remove enchants there is Heretics, witch is easy to avoid.. I dont belive they farm Avicarra, becouse there is alot of Heretics on the way to Mineral Springs, witch i dont think a bot can manage run by.

I belive that they farm the Stone stummit that is in the start of the area.. 6 degen from The Necros + Rangers, But fairly easy to handle with 4+ mending.

Not a bad farming spot imo o.o

The Heretics you find on the way to Mineral Springs are on set expected paths that you could easily learn and bot through, or have the overseer run through that part (remember, there are young underpaid children behind every bot..responding to PM's and doing some stuff manually to break from the botfinding code.

Don't mention Guiles with their strip enchantment either, Its quite easy, even for a bot, to farm through the strip enchantments, just gotta make sure the right enchantment is at the bottom of the list when their strip hits.
